The Crowne Plaza offered a welcoming environment from check-in to check-out. The front desk staff were efficient, quickly processing my arrival and addressing my needs. My room was immaculate, featuring a comfortable King size bed, a mini-fridge, and a single-serve coffee maker, which enhanced my productivity during my stay. The breakfast options were satisfying, including high-quality coffee and a selection of fresh pastries.

The pool was stunning and felt like a mini vacation! The room was clean and had a comfy bed. Having shops and restaurants nearby was super convenient. I had a great time soaking up the atmosphere!

It was just a top selection for getting around the area in Glen Ellyn with all in all brilliant value for money. The restaurant serves a nice breakfast, and the waitstaff was prompt and attentive. Make sure to check out the breakfast options—very friendly service.

The indoor pool was fine with beautiful wood arches and warm water that felt like a mini vacation! My room was spacious and well-decorated The hotel is conveniently located near grocery stores, perfect for grabbing snacks during our family stay!

The Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and had all the essentials. Loved the comfortable sofa and the well-kept private bathroom, complete with a shower and free toiletries. The indoor pool was really inviting and heated, a great spot to unwind.

The hotel had a welcoming and clean atmosphere, making it easy to settle in. However, the thermostat was outdated and some furniture showed wear. The free breakfast voucher was a nice touch, but the options were disappointing. Overall, it met basic needs, yet it could use some improvements.

I stayed in the King Suite for three nights. The room was pretty basic, nothing stood out as exceptional. I felt like I could find a nicer place for less. It wasn’t terrible, just nothing to rave about. Definitely had more potential.
